I paid extra for service and to keep my clothes there overnight, they burnt all my clothes and refused to refund me and complained that my clothes broke her drier, told me and my partner that it was what we used on our clothes but there were no burnt clothes in the machine that was used for my sister's clothes who uses the same detergent and washing machine as I.

I usually use 2 cups softener during the wash and another 2 tissues for the dry and my clothes always smell amazing!!

Useless service their machines stop mid cycle and then they want you to pay full price to restart. The excuse is to much powder, also clothing items go missing. Shocking service and faulty equipment!! Best go else where.
