We had a great experience with a retrofit double glazing project with Eversure. The quality of work is excellent and the installation team did a really good job. There was a slight hiccup in delivery of the front door, but the team (particularly Karen and Scott) arranged a temporary door and resolved the issue quickly. Enversure just completed the retrofit double glazing for our whole house. wasn't sure if we should go for the new insert. Took the advice from the company, and absolutely the right decision. love it! Windows look really good and already see benefits of having them so looking forward to winter. Workmen on-site were great and responsive when we had questions. Administration responded to emails promptly. Thought we would have to pay more for some of the fix ups they had to do given we have an old state house but was shocked and thankful the extra cost wasn't a heck of lot. We had a few things that didn't arrive from the supplier but they kept us upto date as to what had happened so wasn't a biggie. All on all job well done we don't have any complaints
