Bailey Nelson is my new go to for my glasses! The girls in the shop were SO lovely, friendly and helpful. I simply can’t speak highly enough of them. They were all genuinely interested in helping me and they were just so lovely. The girls feedback and opinion on what frames I chose were much appreciated. Truly the best team in there. The lady who tested me clearly explained my comprehensive test and what it meant, and she took the time to know my lifestyle. I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again. Thanks so much you are all amazing xx

I had a great experience. The girl who helped me choose my frames was excellent. She was thorough and knew her products. The frames have attitude and look different. The pricing is competitive. I thoroughly recommend this optometrist for a friendly and professional service. Worth the drive from Rotorua.

Love Bailey Nelson’s. Have brought many glasses from your Wellington store in years past. Visited in Tauranga wanting to purchase new frames with my wife…. Neither of us were greeted by the 2 staff working, or ever offered any help in picking frames. Both staff just continued to talk to each other without a single word or attempt at helping us. We left.

Customer service is the best I have had in a very long time. BN value there customers and are extremely helpful, I was expecting my glasses to be taken in to get repaired and they replaced them for me. The replacement pair arrived within a week. Speedy and friendly service I wouldn’t go anywhere else for glasses. Thank you to the team at Bailey Nelson TGA. I recommend you to all!
