Ordered a pair of pants that ended up being too large for me. I sent an email over to them and they quickly responded with instructions to exchange the pants for the right size. The pants came well packaged and are great.The order came with a complementary face mask and also a letter of thanks from Craig and Evie. Will definitely be supporting their store from now on.

The lady that served us was really cool and service in general was good, but she verbally said the shoes we bought were $150 and didn’t tell us at checkout they were actually $170. When we realised and asked about it after we paid, she picked out a pair of socks for us, but wouldn’t give the money. Never would have bought the shoes in the first place if I knew they were $170, would have liked to keep me $20

Incredible service, we had to exchange a pair of shoes that were the wrong size, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It really made our day and we will be back again soon ☺️

The coolest skate shop ever. Evie and Craig tell me there is a growing resurgence of grown ups buying their limited edition boards for artwork. My husband has one on the wall reminiscent of the one he had as a child. Make sure to check out their own Dunedin made linen essentials, designed by Evie.
