June 2023Hadn't visited this store before. Both the furniture and technology departments were well presented, well light and clean. Our enquiries in the technology department were addressed in a responsive and professional manner. Would certainly recommend Harvey Norman Northwestgate.

Bought an IPhone and gave it for repair under warranty. It’s been a year now and we have not received it back. Consistently atrocious communication from your store manager’s. Always over promises and under deliver. Substandard and poor communication. I requested to speak to senior manager to complaint about this appalling service. It felt on deaf ears. I called twice today, admin manger once transferred my call to head office and the receptionist disconnected call after listening to my plight. Second time admin manger, promised a call back and again she failed to keep her word. Disgusting after sales service and disappointing to see that no one is interested in resolving this year old case.

Excellent customer service, always well looked after even when products don’t work as they should. If they sell the product I want I will buy it from this store.

I tried to take back my White KitchenAid Classic Mixer to Harvey Norman Westgate to swap it for the black colour.The box is unopen.I was told that I cannot swap it for the black colour that they had in stock as they didn't stock the white colour KitchenAid mixer at their store. Are you kidding me?!So now I have to go to another Harvey Norman to swap it and hope they have black one in stock. I find this very unprofessional and poor stock management.Now I have to go a spend my time and expense to go to another store. Not happy and will be looking to return it and get my money back to spend else

They are a good place to see products before buying online. Mostly prices are full retail so shop around for better prices, they do price match with other shops. Over recent years the staff product knowledge has decreased such that often they tell you to refer to the online manual. How can we make an informed choice with that kind of answer?

Awesome store wow massive got laptop there. Staff were great respected my space as I looked around. Once I needed assistant he was straight to me.
