The team at VanMan do a great job of everything you want from a moving company:- super fast quote (I used the online form)- helpful info and quote by email- clear transparent pricing with everything included- helpful and responsive communication- a call on the day with timing update- arrived on time (slightly ahead of schedule in fact)- came with all the gear they needed to move things quickly and safely- friendly, good natured and hardworking- super speedy and efficient with the move (even with 2 flights of stairs on a hot muggy day)- handled all my items with professionalism and care- navigated tricky access conditions no sweat- totally eased the stresses of moving day.Everything was perfect - thanks team!!

Best house move ever!These guys were hardworking, professional and friendly.There was great communication leading up to and during the move.Nothing was too much for them. They went above & beyond, helping me with extra things since I was on my own that day.Great listeners - did things the way I asked and took care with everything.The lift was randomly broken at the storage facility when they arrived, these guys didn't complain, they just jumped straight into the task and made it all work using the stairs.Well prepared with all the gear they needed.Highly recommend this company!Thank you very much Darryl, Tepana & Billy! Darryl from VanMan was very accommodating in squeezing in our move at an earlier date than originally planned. Everything went well on the day. The team from VanMan was very efficient and professional. I was especially impressed with how they packed the van - with blankets as well as special equipment to keep things from moving around. They also very patiently rearranged our furniture in the new place after we changed our mind about the lay-out. Definitely recommend them!

The Vanman movers who helped us on the weekend were awesome! They're arrived right on time, were friendly, efficient and took lots of care with our belongings. They made carrying our heaviest furniture up 50+ steps to our new house look like a walk in the park. They got the job done in less time than estimated which was also a bonus. Can't rate them highly enough!

Amazing customer service. Prompt reply to initial emails. Turned up right on time on the day. Loaded up super quick, and unloaded just as fast. Everything survived the trip and was well taken care of. Great guys, very friendly, efficient, and the dodgy path down to my flat didn’t phase them! Would recommend to anyone.

I booked Vanman on short notice to move furniture for my Mum. They responded very quickly and with clear and concise communication - and great pricing. Being elderly, and me not being there on the day, she was anxious however the team were wonderful, polite and took great care of her items. She lives down a steep drive and the weather was cold and drizzly so not ideal conditions either! Thanks team; awesome.

From the time the moving guys arrived, introduced themselves individually and shook my hand they provided a professional service, great communicators, spatially competent, in that they knew how to maneuver furniture carefully around tight corners and pack it. One offered to help me with fragile things I wanted to kove in my own car.They are worked well together, which with a physically demanding job is a sign of a good team. Thank you Vanman, it made a stressful time a lot less stressful!!

I was very impressed with VanMan's service when they helped me to move out last week!From the get go, Larry was very responsive, helpful and the company's prices are pretty affordable! It was the first company I called, then shopped around a bit, only to come back to them!On the day of the move, the movers were very chilled, laid-back but hard-working. Their relax state brought some ease and serenity on a day that's already stressful with last-minute packing, cleaning the house, etc. They were quick, but super careful about the furniture, making sure no surface or wall was scratched. If something needed to be taken apart, they did it and put back the furniture together upon arriving at the drop-off place. The movers did a great job at putting the furnishings and boxes in a place where it would make sense around the house and wouldn't be in the way. They offered to help with any heavy lifting before leaving and it was much appreciated. My perception of movers who don't really care about your belongings and furniture is gone (plus, I didn't take any insurance!). Thanks heaps, VanMan!!

Great team. Flexible with booking. Great attention to detail beforehand regarding assessing the help I would realistically need.Movers were very efficient and respectful. They were also very practical and able to navigate narrow pathways with ease. I live up a hill and appreciated the movers doing everything for me.Very reasonably priced for the thorough service. Looking forward to using the service again when I next move. Would recommend this service to all my friends and family.
