I have read some bad reviews about this vendor but that wasn’t the case with us!! Great communication, offer of a loan TV which wasn’t required because the part showed up and the technician bought it to the house and fixed the TV on-site. Showed up when expected and the job was completed with no problems. Happy customer.

Very poor customer service. No communication skills. Don't reply to emails or voice messages. Serviceman got really aggressive towards me on the phone. Very rude. Took my machine away for a service, didn't fix the fault and damaged the machine in the process. Ongoing issues trying to rectify. I'm confident nothing further will happen. DO NOT USE. Ask Samsung for another company. Samsung are now offering me Dewar as a service company.

Referred from Samsung repairs and found them to be super reliable and easy to communicate with. Compared to most trades people who we have struggled to get confirmed invoicing , timing and parts it was such a pleasure and ease working with this company

Very poor customer service. No communication skills. Don't reply to emails or voice messages.You can only use Coast to fix your Samsung products and they are dire. Waited 28 days for them to come out.

Absolutely shocking service from this company, they were unprofessional and have a severe lack of communication. When emailing to ask questions, we received blunt two word answers in response. When calling them querying their lack of communication, the person we dealt with said it wasn't their fault.I would not recommend using this company to anyone, it took them 6 weeks to repair our washing machine. The technician arrived late each time without providing notice of being late and had appalling personal hygiene.

Would not recommend. They have currently had our washing machine for fixing for 9 weeks, and the communication is terrible. The only time we hear from them is when we call them (and 90% of the time they don’t answer their phone).Terrible service.

We used Coastal Electronics to fix a faulty Sony TV which was covered under warranty. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the people at Coastal Electronics, great communication and very accommodating, even offered to supply a loan TV while I waited to get my TV back, the service was great and I would definitely use their services again. Thanks so much team!

Appalling service. Took 6 weeks for microwave to be fixed, and only then when I kicked up a fuss with the retailer. Retailer said they were hopeless. Tried to call Coastal direct several times but phone just kept ringing.
