Head Office for this Company is a Joke and Don't Want To Know Customer Issues. Lack of Communication, Never Return Phone Calls,Senior Management Don't Return Phone Calls. Measuring Incorrectly ,Goods being sent to Wrong City Twice and length of time to Sort Issues out.We are still waiting for Blinds now over 6 Weeks and these are Made in NZ. Job Not Completed and Accounts Department Ring for Final Payment.This Company is Not Customer Focused.InStallers are Excellent.You have been Warned.

The lady came and measured (10+ rooms so took a while). Although I stated at the time of booking I was looking for fun colours - yellows, pinks, blues, black and grey she turned up without any of these colours and only had the boring beige tones. Then promised to set aside some samples - went to store seven (7!!!!) times - the samples were never there.

Never, ever get custom made curtains from this place. While the local staff seem lovely, professional and helpful, once your order gets passed on to the Auckland team it all goes down hill very quickly. So far they have made our bedroom curtains incorrectly twice and then when they were supposed to get the 3rd attempt underway before Xmas, they apparently just forgot to do so. No one will be held accountable and you'll go round and round in circles trying to get a fix. Try anywhere else!

Disappointing when your $2000 custom made drapes look like this. All the curtains were badly creased. Just glad I didn’t order more. Never again.

Trish helped me immensely with her knowledge of her products plus advice on how to and what to use in different situations. She was very patient with me while I chose what I wanted.She also helped me when I returned a couple of items that were not required.In my opinion she is a true asset to the business and I highly recommend her.Five gold stars to Trish.

Absolutely terrible service and product. I would 100 percent not recommend them. I was not originally quoted what I asked for and I clarified for a change to be made. It wasn't. Was told they would be re-made and then they have gone back on their word and told me it was my fault for signing the quote even though they stated they would be remade but no approval was had from the manager. The curtains came with pins still in them and wrinkly. I was told these wrinkles would drop out in a few weeks. Months later I still have wrinkles. I'm not happy at all.

Marelaine gives an outstanding service. Very helpful. Than I had to return product the next day. Once again received a refund without any hassle. Highly recommend CurtainStudio.
