Very rude and bad customer service, waste my money on getting the screen protector for my new phone, as it doesn't stay on properly, staff ask me to go back to them if there is any issue,she will advise the team what has been promised. when return to the shop the as even now I can't type properly and this is a brand new phone purchased only 4 days ago, staff was very rude and said it is my own fault to trust their recommendation, I should never ask them for advise and should not trust anything they said, I should do my study and pick my own decision not ask them as they are not phone expert. Problem doesn't solve and my money gone, my brand new phone is functioning like an old phone because of this, do think wisely before you buy anything from them, remember they said? We cannot trust them, this is come out from their own staff's mouth tonight at around 1830HR.FYI within not even a week my screen protector came off with no reason, think wisely before you go to this shop.

Great customer service. Fitted a screen protector for my iPad Pro. Perfectly executed & they sell some cool accessories at reasonable prices too.

Not a great experience. Went in with a cracked phone screen to get it repaired in August, the guy who replaced it was friendly and very helpful so I thought it would be easy.I noticed the next day that some features (e.g. double tap to turn on screen) that I was using the day before even while the screen was broken no longer worked since the replacement.I think something must have been done wrong in the replacement as well, since by early November the screen is cracking very badly even though it has not been dropped, hit, or had any damage that might cause it to. I've never had a screen randomly just start to crack like this, so i'm guessing either it's a bad kind of glass they used or they did something wrong.Either way i'm likely going to have to get a new phone now which was exactly what I went to them to try to avoid.Looked like they had a good selection of products in store but would recommend going elsewhere for repairs.

Very poor and the most pathetic service I have ever received in any NZ store. I went to the store two days back and met the manager and he provided great service, he repaired my phone very quickly. However, after two days the phone started troubling again so I went back today and there was a different guy in the store, I guess he said his name was dolanjit, sorry if I have miss spelled his name. Anyway the point is, this guy dolanjit was so rude, unethical and unprofessional. First of all he refused to repair the phone, though I had a receipt with me and he asked me to come other day and meet the manager. This is not a sign of a great service though we had a receipt, guy has refused to repair it. On top of it when I asked for customer service team’s details. He became aggressive and started threatening me infront of my 2 year old boy, wife and 65 years old father. This was very disrespectful behaviour and I was shock to see this guy’s behaviour. How come someone threaten a customer like this infront of his family ? Every time, I have told him to keep his volume down he raised his volume and threaten me. It was the most shocking experience I had in NZ. I strongly believe this kind of behaviour is not acceptable anywhere. I hope my message get reached to owner so they know what their employees are behaving in their absence. They are not only ruining the business but they are ruining the brand name. I will never recommend any one to go at this store as this was the worst retail experience of my life.

Fast service & Friendly staff. Affordable pricing as compared to other shops in a mall.

Awful service - I had a screen replaced by n my phone that had otherwise been functioning properly. The day it was replaced my battery turned to rubbish. It now drains and days within 15 hours of use when previously it was around 20-30% at the end of the day. I took it back a week later to discuss this and the guy was just awful. He told me “he’d like to believe me” rather than acknowledging that the battery was no longer performing. The Apple website advises that knock-off screen replacements can in fact drain batteries, he tried to convince me that it was just because of my usage (which had not changed at all). So for the amount they charge and the poor quality and service they offer I would say stay away from them.

Great range of Phone Cases, I have been looking for one for my phone for a long time and a lot of places did not ahve the one for my phone but this shop did.They have great staff that are very kind. Today (27/04/22) a very rude lady came into the shop yelling at staff. Her kid clearly stole a phone case but the crazy mum denied it. We were in the shop at the time and the lady who was working at the time handled the mental lady and her shop lifting daughter very well.Highly recommend!

Got a Screen Glass replaced for my A31 and after some time i had to take out the rubber bands that was attached and found a dried glue and part of the edge of the screen had a small crack and now the crank is all across the screen. very poor quality product and workmanship. $170 i spent.
