Caught the therapist taking photos of me without permission. It was also the worst massage I’ve ever had - I actually asked her to end it so I could leave. Felt like she was just pinching and prodding random parts without any structure or flow to it.The first time I booked she was a no-show. I shouldn’t have bothered giving her a second chance as it was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend.

Drove 40 minutes out if town to treat me and my partner for massages on our anniversary. Only for her to not show up. After numerous phone calls we got a responce saying she was ill" and could'nt come in. Very unprofessional. Should have told us earlier in the day. And we should'nt have had to reach out for a response. Do not recommend"

Booked a massage for my partnerwas sent email confirmation,Planned our day around this appointment so he could attend this massage as he was in pain and needed this.Arrived to the building she was not present, waited for over 20 mins, she did not arrive or answer her phone at all, and the receptionist to another business opposite said that this happens all the time !! People arrived for their booked massage and she is no where to be seen. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to people to conduct yourself in this manner
