These people are Crooks they use young people to do the dirty work by getting them to door knock and sell a Vacuum system for thousands on high interest rates to the vulnerable which they buy for a few hundred dollars, the young people are recruited on the idea that one day they will be promoted to become own distributors and millionaires which never happens, these guys want to control the market and never promoted anyone with full support, after using the young people they replace them with new ones and same story continues,They bully the vulnerable clients if they fall behind in payments as they own a internal finance company which approves loans to people who clearly can’t afford such an item, vulnerable kids working hard, vulnerable customers trying to help vulnerable kids achieve their promotions/ $300 holiday, while these Greedy pigs rip everyone off!!

I have been a satisfied customer for many years.

Have been a Kirby customer for some 25 years now. Disappointingly have to offer a substandard review which I have never done. Post-lockdowns, every business has lifted but QCE service has slipped.

Fantastic service every time! We bought our Kirby in 2019 and have we bought the carpet shampoo and recently a replacement belt through QCE. The service is amazing. I ordered the replacement belt on Friday, 19 Feb 2021 and it was delivered early on 22 Feb 2021. Great work! Thanks guys!

I brought one its bulky to many parts to change if you want to do your corners extra didnt receive the shampoo part for it had it for a few months now cant get hold of the person who sold it to me do not buy one biggest regret of my life

Bought a belt today and it broke straight away. I cleaned the roller and the bearings as instructed. Put the old one back on and it worked fine so it's not my machine. It's the cheap and nasty after market belts. I looked up and the official belts have kirby written on them. This one does not. So disappointed. I have now ordered the proper belts. Not happy.
