NZ Post Centre Silverdale

a 7 day post centre and postal depot .excellent service . can collect overseas items and ship stuff locally and internationally. friendly staff make the process much nicer. they run traditional retail hours, what a bonus

A big thank you to the lovely lady who owns/runs the Post shop. She has been so calm, friendly and helpful. Esp during Covid times. She is so organised and takes all the stress out when I have a bunch of parcels to post. I drive further to go see her and give her my business. She is just wonderful as are the other staff. Thank you for being kind and customer focused. It is noticed.

Fast service and open on Saturdays. Remember you don’t need to buy a courier bag, they can stamp boxes directly to save you some money. :)

So rude. They are a NZ parcel drop off point, the only one, us rural businesses, can use without driving miles. Today, without any explanation or warning, refuse to take NZ courier parcels!@!@!

My email from DHL Express clearly stated that they are open for parcel collections till 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays only to be greeted by a rude lady in the shop barely uttering anything besides we are closed". What a joke...."

Paid a premium for an overnight delivery service. Package hasn't shown up a week later. Staff informed me that there is no time frame obligations or refunds on overnight" delivery."

I gave it two star not 1 star only because things like this Never happen before, i am not sure if you change the driver who take care of whangaparoa area, in less than three days, this driver delivered My parcel TWICE to a wrong address, the owner of that address is kind enough to inform me, but as one of the parcel is too heavy that my back is not good, i usually don't carry anything that is heavy , but i have no choice that i have to lift it on that day by myself that i hurt my back after from just seeing a chioripractor, now i have a bad back during Christmas holiday as my chiropractor is off during Christmas, i called nzpost about this, the following day, this driver who take care of arkles bay area delivered it to that wrong address again!

I recently had to have several packages delivered to me in Whangapararoa and I just wanted to say thank you! Thank you to everyone for their hard and dedicated work even during the pandemic.You all are to be commended in keeping at it through everything!Thank you to all the staff at NZ Post!

This post office is not at all reliable, my tracking for my package said it was at the post office but every single time I checked they said it wasn't there. I sent them two emails and they only replied after two days, instead of their '24 hour' response time.I waited FIVE MONTHS EXTRA to retrieve this package after I finally managed to somehow get it. The contents were worth over $200 and I am so angry with this service. My phone number and address and email were all on the package and they did not contact me AT ALL even after five months.They gave absolutely no reason to why this happened and I will be making a statement. I suggest you find somewhere else to post your things.I understand that not everyone has had this experience but this is mine after using them for a few years.Hopefully their staff and customer service will improve soon.Five entire months and they did not contact me. Shameful.
