The best French pedicure I have ever experienced but they made me wait about 15 minutes (at a station) to do a manicure but the manicure was also very good.

First time getting my nails done, went in and told receptionist I had a sore thumb and that the nail was slightly broken, she said she could work with it so I paid $50 for a gel manicure, she told me to sit in a chair so I did, she didn’t do my nails and the person that did, didn’t say a word to me the whole time other then telling me to put my hand in the dryer, and was even ruff with my sore thumb, being a chatty person myself it wasn’t the best experience, the only one who really even showed me some good customer service was another customer that sat next to me and we smiled at each other, I left in a hurry although the nails came out good would have liked them to be more gentle with my sore finger, receptionists even sat on a couch near me and was on her phone the whole time, throughout the time I was in there the only English spoken was when other customers went to the desk, in my opinion the experience was not worth $50

terrible. I went in her as was recommended by a friend, went in with a picture of what she had had done there and was told they couldn’t do it…terrible service, payed way too much for what i received. what i received was gel nail polish that chipped on the same day and acrylics that weren’t glued on properly and fell off when they tapped against a shelf. i do not recommend this place to anyone who wants decent acrylic nails.

My friend and I treated ourselves to a pedicure. Oh such awesome service and the girls made us feel valued. Awesome foot massage. I certainly would return. Thank you...

Staff were nice enough for the most part, however service was below average, paid $50 for a gel polish and “manicure”. Sadly destroyed my cuticle on a fair few fingers, didn’t even confirm shape was good before doing polish, it wasn’t what I had asked for. No cuticle oil, or moisturiser afterwards, didn’t push my quicks back.. And now, only 4 days later the polish is peeling :( pretty disappointing

Professionail is hands down the worst nail salon with terrible customer service. They show zero respect by forcefully handling clients' hands and arms, leaving them in pain. Their incompetence is evident as they make clients' fingers bleed due to their inability to do their job properly. Furthermore, they prioritize other customers who arrive later, leaving paying clients waiting indefinitely. It's outrageous that they multitask to the degree they do, with multiple workers tending to one client while neglecting others. They even disappear mid-service to attend to pedicures, then return to handle clients' nails without proper hygiene. It's utterly disgusting that this place is still operational.

Would not recommend this place. Me and my friend went to get our nails done yesterday evening. They charged me 98 dollars on arrival itself after asking me what treatments I was looking for all the staff seemed busy so I picked my colors and set their waiting for someone to attend me then after good 10 mins I was rudely asked to sit on one of the pedicure chairs and very friendly Rachel came she was about to start my manicure when some lady shooed her away asking her to start my manicures in the same chair and while she did my pedi. It was uncomfortable firstly because I had to coordinate for both treatments at the same time they were closing up soon so I understood that but my dress was all soaked in water from the treatment because of constant moving. The whole experience was uncomfortable and felt rushed then two of them left in the middle of the treatment and some other lady came over and finished even tho I was attended by three different people my nails came out clumpy and half done the paint from the tip of my toenails came of before even I reached home. This was not I paid almost a hundred dollars for. Worst experience at a nail salon ever. I understand it’s holidays and the need to go home but don’t leave customers in the middle of the treatment! Not Professional at all.

Nails fell off within a day and they refused to fix it. Acrylics were poorly moulded and had glue all around my fingers. Colour was thin and stylist wasn’t even paying attention. Horrible experience not worth the money

Worst nail experience. Paid $75 for SNS on my nails, they chipped the next day and ended up damaging my natural nails underneath.

Great experience with Lian, she was patient and did such an incredible job with my nails.
