Tito Tito and 360 Property Management is amazing to deal with. We were having a hard time with our applications for a number of rental properties until we came across this amazing guy. He gave great advise. No other agent offered any help, advice or guidance but this guy went above and beyond. Choose this guy to help you achieve what you want to achieve. He is a very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable guy. You wont be disappointed.

I moved out of my apartment in Mount Eden on the 24th of April, I left it cleaner than when I moved in and never grumbled about the non-compliance issues during my tenancy. I am still waiting for my bond to be refunded due to a sloppy property manager who sent the bond form through late and unsigned. Appalling after service!

AMAZING!!!! Super on top of their work with great communication skills! No beating around the bush!! I love their service and would 100 % recommend for anyone looking to work with them for the first time!! I love working with Claudia! During any move is stressful enough as it is. Since the beginning from looking for properties to now settling in Raywhite Manukau have been absolutely fantastic! Service was amazing, office staff were gems. Communication was great and I honestly would highly recommend you to everyone! Great work !
