The girl that worked this morning (08/03) is a massive asset to this business. Amazing sandwich maker, actually cares how it comes out unlike other subways around that just chuck stuff at the bread and don't give a toss. Always lovely and professional and again makes a pretty mean sandwich!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and have amazing attitudes, they are great at what they do and have fun doing it! Very generous with the fillings and a pleasant atmosphere within the shop. I always look forward to visiting when I’m in Hamilton. Keep up the fantastic work!

Everything very good but the pricing has gone up 30-40 % in last 12 months meaning subway isn't an economical option anymore.

Accidentally ordered to the wrong location, called immediately to cancel but phone was not answered. When they eventually did answer, they said the sub had already been made (10 minutes earlier than scheduled pick up time and only a few minutes after ordering) and refused to refund. An unfortunate situation but have learned the hard way. Didn't feel looked after as a customer.

I was looking forward to the pulled pork which is advertised as being moist and delicious. In fact it's dry and chewy. Not in a sauce of any kind. Only heated if the sub is toasted. I'll stick to meatball subs in future.

I called in here with the order on my phone so I had to keep making sure that I got it right.The service was very good and patient with me having to re check the order.The ingredients were all fresh and the shop itself was tidy.
