I would not even rate 1 star to the customer service ladies very rude but I really appreciated Michelle the store manager she was very nice and listening to what I wanted.I just bought a phone charger New one but it was the wrong one, I didn't even open or go out of the shop when I saw the other one only one piece left and wanted to change it. But the this customer service lady told me rudely that I cannot because it's their policy when I said y not and can I see their policy she was just so rude she should be in that jo if she can't be nice to customers

A store at best when handling returns products under warranty.Bought a Samsung gear vr. Could not connect. Returned it. Took my 5 minutes. No silly questions. Worth to recommend.
