Considering the reviews, I had very high expectations for Storm Rides and so far have been very disappointed.First, let me just say that my experience probably would be very different if I had gone into the store in person (as most of the reviewers have); but alas, I don't live in Auckland and thus had to order online.Finally saved up enough for this very exciting purchase and ordered through their website.It's been about 8 days since placing the order online, and I haven't received any communication from Storm Rides, other than the automated Order Confirmed" email with the shipping tracking. Maybe that's expecting too much

So, I went with a scooter in mind, but I wanted to try it because I had only looked at it online. The team was amazing and super helpful, I explained what I needed and my level of expertise with e-scooters, and they made the precise recommendations. Being with them I could try them and see the differences between what I had in mind and the one they suggested. I ended up with the one that was better for me. Great range of products at competitive prices. Purchased the Mantis Pro 10 great scooter heaps of fun and very well made. I did have a problem with the scooter a few weeks after purchase. These guys sorted the repair for me with no hassle. Excellent after sales service unlike some of the other scooter retailers here.

Bought a Kaabo Mantis 8 from Storm approx 15 months ago. My first ever escooter. They’ve always been very helpful and willing to answer my questions even after my purchase. They also have good stock of accessories and parts. I’d highly recommended them! Cheers

Absolutely love my Apollo city pro. Built really well and the best option for price in my opinion. I was actually looking at other options but went in and had a chat with Lauchlan(unsure of spelling) and they gave me better options with their knowledge. Also thanks for Andrew for having the best deal and making me seal the deal. Also for helping me source an extra charger so I can easily charge at work and at home. Don’t pass these guys up!

Absolutely great bunch of guys. I purchased a scooter wanting it for a specific purpose... but, also wanted it for another purpose. (Two very different purposes). I went back the next day to re access the decision. The team were very patient. And although my original choice doesn't quite suit both my, (very different) needs... its the best for me. Great guys to work with. Totally recommended. These guys don't just sell stuff, they live it. ... I may go back and buy another so both my purposes are met. Keep up the greatwork. Highly recommended.

Went there twice to check and try out some E-scooters, having never used one before. Great team of guys who walked us through all the options, though we got them at a busy time having had heaps of customers all at once. Felt well-advised in a confident yet relaxed manner. Would definitely give them another visit for our next purchase...
