I waited for 30 minutes just for a frozen coke and icecream. The employees just kept looking at me. Then when they came i said i didn't get my order. 2 female employees just stared and laughed. Worst bk experience ever.

Unfortunately they dont/cant update their uber eats menu when machines go down. Nothing like ordering a large coffee in the morning and getting a massive coke instead

Staff slow, food slow, response slow the team here are clueless waited half and hour for a pack of mini churros! Customer service is basically non existant.

Worst experience ever. Did an app order, waited 20 mins to get the order then got the order wrong, no drinks and burger patties so hard that you can break your teeth. Went back in queue, waited 45 mins before getting to talk with anyone. They said they were short staffed hence the issue. Management should look into the issue of food safety when customers are served old patties. The queue was not long but very disorganised staff on shift!

Drink machine screen was disgustingly dirty made it hard to pick a drink... didn't do flavour bursts like advertised... and waiting to order or waiting for your food as a walk in customer you are punished as you have to wait for drive through and uber to be served first... waited 15 mins in line to order and another 15 minutes for my food and there was 2 people in front of me and about 10 behind me... fast food restaurants need to appreciate their walk in customers a bit more than they do.. dined there 02/07/2023

Went to Botany Burger King .Never again .Place was not the best , rather untidy , rubbish bins overflowing, and surprise, surprise when asked for a thick shake with my meal , girl said that the machine was broken .This is at 6.00pm in the evening.Their shake machines are never working. Have read that the machines take so long to clean , it is easier for them to say it is broken .They must be missing out on a lot dollars in non sales of shakes.Very disappointing.They used to be my favourite burger place , not any more .Bye Burger King .

Its been awhile but have the double whoppers shrunk in size...They may have been understaffed others had been waiting to be served by someone...the drinks seem abit out as in flat or watered down.Apart from that it is to be expected. Was quite when we were there. Self serve drinks so no need for a large combo unless you want the large fries to go with it.

Very disappointed the girl on the intercom needs to listen and ensure she got the order right. got to the front the order was all over the place. And the service of the food not good at all chips not fresh and the burger was abit cold like it was sitting on the side line for awhile. Can you please and help this shift the time I was there 6/2/23 6pm to 6:30pm the time I left. I work hard for my money and the way the prices are in BK. Atleast give us the right service we deserve....
