Didn't ask for my eb games card before I dropped $60 dollars, and seemed a bit hostile. Don't know why but I feel a bit put out with the staff.

Extremely rude, One staff worker wasn’t wearing her uniform correctly. Was folding half the bottom of her shirt for her belly button to be exposed, Second staff worker was wearing a black tank top which looked unprofessional. And replacing a controller seems to be the most hardest thing in the world, They recommended to go to another store. Not happy even botany up in Auckland is better service & more appropriate & formal communication is at its peak of standards, Bayfair eb games has a very bad drastic rate & appeal of staff workers, Not happy. Never going there again.

Staff were very helpful. I purchased a controller that ended up not working and staff sorted out the issue and gave me a new one. Only took 5 minutes

This EB Games has a great location. However, it doesn’t have the greatest variety of games and an even worse variety and selection of memorabilia and collectibles. So if you live around bayfair or are near by I would recommend it but definitely do not go out of your way just to have a browse for a game or two. Not only do they have a terrible selection of games and collectibles but they also badly overcharge for their collectibles.

I put my Xbox one in for a refurbishment the lady behind the counter asked me if they have to reboot hard drive is that okay with me ,I said yes paid her and waited for the two weeks they said it takes I went in two weeks later only to find out nothing was done to my Xbox no one called me and it just sat there.They put on work sheet not to reboot so Xbox was sent back I resent it again it’s now been a month without my Xbox I’ve not had a good experience from eb games bayfair communication is lacking and experienced staff

Been counting a few weeks now the flags of THE BIGGEST SALE EVER!!" have been up. I would understand having you guys deck the store out with those flags for a 1 off weekend sale to seem understandably normal. Of course any store having put forth the effort to pin a overwhelming full flagship of those signs would be seen cool but now its just a bit much. I feel like im walking into a tent and often have to brush signs or duck my head when I walk in. I would give you a 1 star but you get an extra star for making the extra effort to dress up as super heros and stand outside the store. Good job EB"

We came in for a window shop, spoke to the lady with red hair and she was so great! Funny, friendly, helpful!!Absolutely top notch that one !!!Went home to download a disney game and consider preordering the PS5 online :)

Never a dull moment, always fun to look in. I can never walk past this shop without looking inside. Cool things to see and do. Favourite gaming store in town, they’re always super helpful and very friendly. This is a store that actually cares about their customers and great service.

I bought a gift card from JB-HI-FI and it didn’t work, I went there and tried to exchange it. They said they don’t do that stuff. When I bought a gift card from EB games it didn’t work I tried to exchange it and they did, I recommend this place 100 times more than any other place!
