Asian lady at front desk is an absolute nut case. Picked up some toys to look at them closer and the lady started screaming at me and shouting “DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING”. ( how am I supposed to buy something if I don’t know what it is???). This lady kept staring at me and wouldn’t stop so I asked if she was ok, she then didn’t say a word and kept staring at me. I went to the other end of the shop and she followed me and once again, wouldn’t stop staring. Very creepy and made me feel unsafe. I walked out of the shop and she muttered something under her breath while still staring at me. Something is very wrong with this lady, she definitely has more than a few screws loose. If I could I’d give less than 0 stars as I felt very unsafe. I hope this place shuts down and maybe a better shop could make use out of this space.

The goods of this store are very high quality.

Very poor customer service, lady was rude and racist just because we didn't use basket for shopping and my 2 year daughter was choosing her rings.. she was so angry .. she refuse sale thing go us and she started talk loud. So my daughter was sad.. she look like a mental case.

I brought my little brother into the store so he could look at the toys. He had picked up a toy gun and was pulling the trigger to test it. The mental Asian lady appeared out of nowhere and had a go at a five year old child for simply pulling the trigger on a $2 toy gun. My brother became very upset and starting crying. The quality of the products is absolutely not worth the mental strain caused by the weird lady. I have seen another review on this store that says the lady had upset a young girl, so I definitely recommend avoiding this overpriced sad excuse for a value store if you have a child with you. Neither the products nor the customer service are of any value so I have no idea how they managed to call this place a value store. I would like to recommend that the lady seek professional help.
