Good friendly and helpful service. Huge range of products available. The Post Shop was in the same store. A very helpful staff member searched all over for the book I was looking for. It is an old series which, as I suspected, is now out of print. Thanks for your help anyway. The Post shop staff, it being this time of year, were run off their feet, but were still patient and helpful. Well done!

Simply great service at the post shop counter, both at the time of first contact and then later when the parcel was found to have been mis addressed as the company had moved premises, called back and all sorted in not time, well recommended.

Wouldn't let me exchange a picture book when I accidentally left the receipt at home. Had to drive all the way back into chch to get it and come back. Waste of time and petrol for a $15 book exchange. It even had their sticker on the back still.
