This week is NZ Chinese language week, when my elderly parents visited shop and served by Satish at the counter, Satish handed a receipt with a note saying they need to learn English, how rude that you told two elderly visitors to learn English. Satish, if you have 70+ years old parents or grandparents try to tell them to learn some Chinese this week!

At around 5:10pm today, I came to get gas and the guy Satish went out of his way to help me when I had issues with my phone and the mobil app. I was super impressed with his customer service!!! It really made my day. It is customer service like this that gets the customers to jeep coming back.

Usually good prices, staff are friendly and when I requested a receipt reprint, it took just a few seconds. Car wash does a good job too.The forecourt could do with a water blast, but otherwise everything else including the bathrooms are clean and tidy.The staff make the overall service of this station. The smiles and politeness are a good refreshing touch.

Another great petrol outlet, with prices that beat the government's ripoff scheme.I filled up with 95 octane on Friday, and the price was the same as what we have to pay for 91 octane.This outlet has generally always been one of the cheapest around, and similar to what we pay in Wellsford at Mobil.The staff here are also very abilging.

The young guy Jacob that made my hot chocolate a few nights ago had the most lovely manners. Some of the other team members could learn from him.Also there seems to be a foul odour sometimes when you enter the store, perhaps an air freshener might be beneficial :)
