Wonderful Asian Market with all the ingredients one needs to make an authentic Asian dish at home. Sadly, not easy to find items as 99% of the products have no English language on them. A Picture of a product on your phone, ask a staff member or another shopper as I have done previously, and you'll get what you need.

Very bad service and extremely unprofessional internal communication.First of all, they don't know the model and stock of the grill before they charge customers. The checkout person charged me for the medium BBQ ($58), and then told her manager. The manager then took out the large one ($68) for display. She told me i can take this one if I would not mind as it was the last one and rusty.So I thought it was going to be discounted because of rust.After deciding to get it, I was told NO by the staff as the manager never said this. It looked like I was greedy for that $10 difference. Ironically, it was me who reminded them that it should be $58 when she tried to refund me $68.Rude attitude from the manager towards customers and staff during the refund process.If you have any questions due to your unprofessional process, please ask your staff for details instead of questioning me.Never be back again. Wish I could give 0 star.

This is a local gem. Well known by some ethnic groups in the community. I must say this is a very non threatening Asian supermarket environment to enter even if it's not your usual cooking style. Great for anyone to come in and have a look around. Great price on large sacks of medium grain rice!

Good store with most of asian food items. The price is more or less similar to other stores in Christchurch. Convenient car parking and not much busy.
