We were feeling very nervous about buying our first home and so we wanted a professional we could trust to inspect it. Ali from What's Up House Inspections was available quickly to come and view the place we were considering and quickly turned around a thorough report about all aspects of the house. The report included photos and a detailed run down of the inside and outside of the house, making it clear where work was needed. This helped us negotiate a better price for the house which we ended up purchasing. I would highly recommend Ali if you are wanting a reliable house inspection.

Ali did an inspection on a home for me as a first home buyer. He was professional, prompt, reliable, knowledgeable and very approachable. Literally within 24 hours he had sorted the inspection with the agent which saved me the hassle. The report was sent to me the same day and was simple to understand. Ali Stanton inspected a job that was done by a builder after we suspected that things were not right. Ali came out the next day, went over the whole project, used various tools to analyse the work. The following day he emailed us a comprehensive report.Ali impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. The report was very detailed and highlighted several areas that were faulty and needed to be brought up the building standard.We can absolutely recommend Ali as a professional and building inspector.
