I am quite nervous going to the dentist, but Nick made me feel at ease and explained what was going to be done. The staff are really friendly too and make you feel very welcome. I am very happy making the move to Bell Hill Dental.

Exceptional service today at Bell Hill Dental, I phoned in the morning for an urgent appointment for my daughter and we were seen in the afternoon, very friendly, professional and welcoming Reception staff, including phone call. Dr Ally and her team did an amazing job, very professional and friendly and we felt in very safe hands, especially with a 9 year old who was a bit unsure, Dr Ally explained what she was going to do and continued to explain throughout the entire time. Highly recommend and thank you again.

Dr Ally was amazing when doing my sons tongue tie procedure. Her knowledge and professionalism was next level, she listened to all of my concerns and I felt confident with her doing the procedure. She explained everything to me on a way a tired mum could understand and we had immediate results with feeding. Highly recommend her service after having the scalpel way done with my other children!

I have had a lot of dental work done in the US, Australia and NZ. Bell Hill Dental is BY FAR the best dental practice I have ever patronised. I am never nervous when I go there because I know they will take such good care of me. Every single person working there (that I have had contact with) is friendly and caring. I have never had a long wait there. They have these special touches (like their dental philosophy on their website, the very cool 'first patient' care package, a relaxed family atmosphere) that you just don't get in other dental clinics. They really have that special something" going on. You can tell they actually care about their patients

So there we are quietly having breakfast, all of a sudden a cry from my wife, she is now holding a crown that has become detached. We are on our first visit to New Zealand, and obviously know very few people, including dentists. I called Bell Hill dental. A very charming lady was empathetic to our problem, and the next thing I know is that we have a 12 o’clock appointment. We are both so grateful for the professional and caring way this was dealt with. Problem solved, crown returned to its proper place and we are on our way. I went to see Dr Ally with my 4 month old daughter. Ally was fantastic, she thoroughly explained everything. She was very caring towards my 4 month old. I would highly recommend her.

I would highly recommend Bell Hill Dental to anyone looking for tongue tie procedures for their babies in Dunedin. Dr Ally and her team are amazing and made me feel at ease when taking my son in to get his tongue tie fixed. This was an anxious time for me as it wasn’t picked up until he was over 4 months and the team at Bell Hill were so quick and efficient. They made the booking of the appointment and the procedure itself super easy and stress free which was a massive relief.
