Very poor and pethatic service, don't even deserve one star,Such big brand and such hopeless staff at front.

I'm very unsatisfied with your services. My partner bought this ring to propose to me, I only put it on during the proposal. Unfortunately, I don't like the ring, so I ask him to return it under the 30 day change of mind policy. When my partner brought the ring to them the first time, they told him he couldn't return it because the manager wasn't there. The second time, the manager look at the ring and said it has a tiny scratch on it, so they can't accept the return. What made me very very angry is that I only wore it once during his proposal!! And it was too big for my finger, so I couldn't have worn it for long anyway. How could it be scratched?? The ring may have already been scratched by the shop.My advice is to not buy from there or any other Michael Hill shop. Or the ring is such poor quality that once you put in on it gets scratched??? You could have the same terrible experience as me.Edit: After speaking with the Regional Manager, they said that once the ring has been placed upon your finger even once, it is classified as worn (or used) item. Their change of mind policy seems inherently flawed from the outset. I have never been more dissatisfied with the service I have received.

Fabulously helpful staff, great attitudes, friendly & approachable. I had to return a faulty item without the receipt today. They couldn’t of been more accommodating.

The store is great. The Staff are friendly. However, I have been using this location for the last year. Every time I come in to buy new jewelery, I get the best customer service and treated like a customer.Unfortunately, last week I took a used model Michael hill watch in to buy a replacement strap.They had the watch in store.They had no customers in the store.As soon as the lady realized there was not enough commission in the sale. She advised me to write my details down and some one else would contact me.I was confused as I was there and there were NO customers.Clearly they want your money and give you the service, but only if your spending big money.Very dissapointed to feel selected upon for customer service.Really sad I have to give this comment.Now I will change my buisness to Michael hill in Manukau.Sorry to say but if your not rich. Try shopping at a different location.5 days passed still no one has bothered to call me about my request

Michael Hill Pukekohe Store manager & staff were racist, rude, they abused us and security staff threatened me and my wife, had a worst experience in my life, terrible customer, stay away from these racist crew.

Michael Hill Pukekohe, staff were abusive and arrogant, they will only treat you well if you are buying something from them, no customer service at all, stay away from these racist guys. They humiliated me and my husband on my birthday, made me cry and made it worst day of my life. Store manger was very rude, has no empathy for customers.

The diamond came out of my ring, so took it in as we paid extra for life insurance with them. Unfortunately in the small print you need to take your ring in every six months for it to be covered. So they offered to send it off to get a quote to enquire how much it would cost to replace the diamond and reset. After a couple days they called saying $800. We said no and then we were able to pick up the ring when it was back in the shop a couple days later. The two stars are because at no point were we ever told the quote would cost. And were made to pay to get my ring back. Unlikely to buy from Michael Hill now, certainly wouldn't bother with their insurance or ever getting a quote again.

I haven't decided what I want yet, but I've been there twice and Nicole, kindly help me and orientated me, showing me numerous option. I just wanted to thanks her patience and recommend this shop because their products and their costumer service.
