What a fabulous attitude and service. I ordered three cartridges, they were very speedily delivered. Of the three, one was faulty - no questions asked and a replacement was sent as soon as possible.. Recommend very highly - have used Affordable Ink for several years and they always offer quick service, and a fast turnaround. Products are great, have used with my Brother Printer and had no issues, works great. Their email includes a link with your tracking number so it is easy to see the progress. Very impressed - thanks to Jeff and the Team :)

Absolutely exceptional customer service from Jeff!I ordered an alternative ink to Canon as Canon printer ink is crazy expensive. He spoke to me on the phone about which ink would be suitable and what printers he recommends. Even emailed me with links to different printers.I received the new ink the next day and got someone to install it for me. The ink wouldn't process (no colour when printing). I was unaware that you need to make sure there is a little hole for the ink to breathe when in the printer, so sent me 2 new colours at no extra cost.When I received the second lot, one of the inks was leaking on the inside of the packaging. I emailed Jeff and he is sending me out another replacement without hesitation, at no extra cost. Plus a video of how to install the new ink.Even though there has been a few hiccups along the way regarding ink; I will continue to purchase from Affordable Ink as Jeff has been outstanding!(My friend has the exact same printer and orders the same alternative ink as me from Affordable Ink and has never had any issues with printing or ink).Thanks again.

I cant speak highly enough about Jeff (and his team) at Affordable Ink. Im an absolute computer dummy and printer dummy yet somehow Jeff has helped me to reset the printer so that I wont get auto updates which would negate his ink. Now that the teens have left home, I email with just the scarcest of info yet he sends me the right ink and easy to read info for trouble free printing. Also the items arrived much sooner than expected including a complimentary lolly. and $'s off my next order. Jeff is always so prompt and helpful with advice and recommendations. My adult son also sings the praise for Affordable ink. Many thanks again Jeff for consistently superb customer service and affordable ink!
