Tried on a busy Thursday evening (ordered about 5.45ish). Was quiet when came in but got busy quickly. Food took about 20-25 to arrive. One lot bought on a tray and the other just by hand.Had the double burger combo and fried chicken burger combo. Both were $25 as a combo (burger + bacon, fries, drink which upgraded to shakes).You don’t get a lot of fries for the price. But the sauce is great.Burgers were okay. Brioche buns were perfect with the fresh salads (not limp at all).Shakes (chocolate, lime) were good but quite runny- had heard they’d be thick but they weren’t, sadly.Will try again once they’ve been open a bit longer. Still good experience :)

The burgers are delicious, we got the single smash burger meals in less than 10 minutes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience, definitely eating here again!!

The cheese burgers are good, but not really impressed with the hotdogs. If you like higher quality sausage in a firmer crusty bun you'll be happy, but if you are looking for a traditional frankfurter in a soft bun you'll be disappointed.Staff were great.

We purchased a fried chicken burger and a cheeseburger. Both were pretty yuk. I will def not be going back or recommending this place to anyone. The cheeseburger was tasteless and the chicken burger was the same. The chicken was cooked but was not crispy at all. We also ordered kumera fries and they were soggy not crisp at all. Very disappointing. This place needs to up its game. Burger Fuel is a way better product.

Off the hook!!! Best burgers in town! We tried a bit of everything off the menu. Ribs were good, fell off the bone with a nice amount of sauce, paired well with the creamy coleslaw. The fried chicken was amazing, succulent and flavourful! But the double smashed cheeseburger was the showstopper! Had to get another to takeaway cause one was just a tease! Highly recommend!

As my friend Arnold says: I'll be back. Again and again. Really good food, great sauce. Friendly staff with smiles. It was quite busy and the order took as long as I would expect fresh food should take to be prepared. Half of these reviews are unfair.

Had to wait an hour just to get a soggy burger, had to much sauce on it, patties were still abit raw. Only thing that saved this place was the chips which were half decent. They had self service kiosk which was good, this place is Mid, don't rush to go here, there are better burger places in town.

Grabbed takeaway last night, wasn't too long of a wait and I was excited to try it. Partner grabbed a cheeseburger, absolutely loved it. And I had the ribs w/fries and slaw.Ribs were ok, though would love to have had more than 3 and the fries were barely cooked, they were still white. Will try the place again but will definitely be asking for my fries to be cooked longer :)
