Would not recommend at all. Very misleading ads to drive sales, not return policy, and customer service was not helpful and did not seem to care about it at all. A waste of time and money for me to send the skateboard back, told me that the skateboard cannot be refunded after I sent it back. Buy the board from them and then simply just pray to god that it's the right item. great" shopping experience."

Sadly they sent me a discount code that never worked. No response from numerous emails and now the SUP that I wanted to buy is now $500 more. Very disappointed, no online customer service just more emails sending false discount codes.

Went in for a beginner board and told the sales person my details and what I was after. I got a good deal on a board but they sold me a board unsuitable for my skill level. Sent them a message afterwards but never got a response

Bought a new board from them using pickup and super impressed with the service. It was ready for pickup the same day plus they chucked in a free pair of fins. Legends. Thanks heaps team, will be back.

Very happy with it!I had some minor technical issues when ordering online and they were very quickly sorted out while I was online.Also they had super fast and safe delivery.Enjoyable experience overall and I will indeed be looking to them again for other related purchases.Can highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever! They totally stuffed up my order and now they’re out of stock til next month, meaning I’d have to spend another month without a longboard. Fist they sent me the wrong colour - they admitted they sent a board that wasn’t even meant to be sold. By the time they received it back they were out of stock (it took 2 weeks and I had to chase up their transport partner myself). I asked them numerous times to set one aside for me, then they told me a bogus story that it had been damaged by a forklift going through it - as if they wouldn’t have seen that the moment they set it aside. Now I’m still waiting for my refund which they confirmed to me last week. So left without a board and without a refund. They did let me keep the fins which I also ordered - but I can't paddle out on a set of fins unfortunately. An absolute nightmare dealing with them. I gave them plenty of opportunity to make things right before writing this review. They obviously don’t care.

Bought a board from here recently. Have always surfed custom shaped boards but was after a cheap fun board. Had seen a mix of reviews good and bad but decided to go ahead with a purchase. Super happy with the board, surfs well and exceeds any expectations I had.

Top service! Top products! Thank you Jacob for putting Grant on the right track for his SUP board. Spent a fun day in the water yesterday with our new boards and new wetsuits. Highly recommend

Large assortment of boards, had nice deals for surfboards, wetsuits etc. Staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
