Martin is easy to get hold of; he contacted me when I left a message on the same day. He is easy to get hold of; helpful and very friendly. He explained what was wrong with my computer in easy language which was helpful for me to understand. He fixed the problem promptly and without undue fuss. He went out of his way to order in a part for me and told when the job would be completed. Discouraged after my first build went south. Fact I had to call a repair service made it worse (ego killed). Thankfully I rang this service, who pretty much saved me alot of money if I had taken it in anywhere else, simply by guiding and giving me feedback on the phone. Thankfully the issue was a faulty psu not my building skills lol. In other words would HIGHLY recommend pc whispers services.
