Very impressed! Excellent host with great sense of humour. Studio room spacious and very clean. Parking off street right outside room. Location perfect with easy access to city. A 3- minute walk to supermarket and excellent Thai restaurant. Outstanding value for money. Highly recommend.

We stayed for one night with our two young children. Host was awesome and the room was comfortable and spacious while still being child friendly. Water pressure was also amazing which is always good! Will definitely stay again, highly recommend.

Rosewood Court Motel
We had a ground floor unit in the back left corner. Room needs updating. The couch was really awful to sit on. We could hear the people in the room next door talking and laughing through the wall. Could also hear the toilet being used and being flushed, also the shower, in the room above ours. Not a very pleasant overnight stay. The room didn't feel very clean either.

We stayed for 3 nights in a groundfloor accessible studio. The room was a good size and had microwave and hotplates for cooking. The bed was comfortable and tv was a good size. The motel was a very good price. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Rosewood Court Motel
The host was so caring. He washed the ice of my car every morning, gave me a booster seat for my son to use to sit on at the table and allowed me to use his phone charger as mine broke. A lovely feeling to be so well cared for. My room was warm and plenty of hot water and a nice little kitchenette, plus I love a bit warm spa bath. I highly recommend. 5 minutes walk to a lovely village/shops/restaurants and very close walk to the city too.

Friendly staff, nice unit in a hotel located close enough to everything to be convenient. The hot water pressure is incredible, stay here for the showers alone.

We booked out 3 rooms for our family. ABsolutely loved our 4 days stay...very clean, very comfortable and really wonderful hosts. Would not hesitate to stay there again on future visits to Chch. Thank you.

Rosewood Court Motel
We had a good one-night stay here. Room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped- had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and it was lovely to soak in the spa bath at the end of a busy day. Host was awesome- friendly and helpful. Good location- handy to the city centre. Would happily stay here again.
