The Louvre Company listened to what I was after, designed a louvre that was exactly what I wanted and delivered it when they said they would for the agreed price.I’m very happy with the product and have no trouble recommending them.

You will not find a better louvre company to deal with. Amazing service, super responsive and good quality. Custom design (complex) but they made it easy. Best money we have spent on the house!

Not bad on cost, but took 4 further visits to rectify leaks... Very slow to sort anything. Wouldn't use again.

Reckless installation and design.1. Rain sensor wire drilled through frame not sealed at all which allows water to run down into the electrics control box. Wire also too small for Gromit fitting into box. Electrician had a look after unit stopped working. Electrics full of water and condensation on box ceiling. Photos attached.2. Corner frame structural bracket drilled through to fit frame dropper for stormwater.3. Flashing installed knocked my guttering out of line causing a bow in the length which pooled water in the middle. Upon fitting new guttering and custom designed flashing the structural ribbon plate bracket bolts we’re not tight with one 5mm stepped off4. Side channels are not wide enough allowing water to drip into channel then splash up onto the louvre fin then back onto terrace.5. Unessesary amounts of sealant used in frame drain channel acting as a dam, impeding the water flow adding to problem 4.6. Fully visually exposed black wiring and clips used on a white framed product.

The Louvre Company did a fantastic job of installing and commissioning the louvre on our deck. Complete with lighting and zip track curtains.Was very impressed with their communication at all times and they did exactly what was promised. Dealing with Jorrit was an absolute pleasure
