Had my first tattoo done by Heather and love the product everyone has been complimenting me on it. She was great at helping distract me from the pain and made the experience super easy. I couldn’t recommend this place more than anything. Also the price is fair for the size and quality of tattoo. Great job :)

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received at Haven and thought it was important to recognise their efforts.From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They are great at responding to messages on instagram, with quotes and booking information. They were able to answer all of my questions within minutes and responses were extremely professional.As for the tattooist themselves, Shea, she was exceptional. The tattoo is fantastic and I’m so happy with the result.Thank you! I will be back for future tattoos!

went here a few weeks ago to get a tattoo from Shea. I had an overall lovely experience and felt super comfortable the whole time. Shea is very talented and the tattoo came out looking awesome :) The studio has a great vibe and I enjoyed my time so much that I ended up going back to get my septum pierced. Once again I had a great experience. Louise was lovely and is obviously a talented piercer. I felt very comfortable the whole time and she made the process very easy and painless.Overall I am very happy with my experiences at this studio and recommend it highly <3

We were in Christchurch for the night and booked in to come and get a couple of fine line tattoos. Mahana was so lovely and made sure we were 100% happy with the sizes and designs before going ahead with anything. She was so kind and made the experience so enjoyable!! Her lines were so perfect and we are all so happy with how they all turned out. We will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend Mahana and Haven Tattoo enough. Thanks team!! xxx

Mahana is both a gem and a weapon with a sketch app & tattoo gun. I put forward a pretty basic idea and theme, and she took it and ran for the hills with it - far exceeding my expectations and turning something simple into something that really nailed the theme.The whole team at Haven is super cool and full of good vibes as well. It feels like everyone takes an interest in seeing what everyone is up to and it feels very collaborative which is cool.Super cool people, super chill vibes.I'll definitely be back for more!
