Been in twice second time I received two rides as I had places to be and my car was sorted by the end of the day! First time they gave me a date it would be finished and I had a rental through insurance but it was finished weeks earlier! I was so surprised as I understand things are taking longer with covid but the service was amazing and I was so happy… thank you!

These guys did an insurance job for us. They had our Ute for 8 days doing panel work. Came out looking mint! She’s brand new again. Quick, efficient and great communication. Top service.

They have nice staff very helpful and the service of hamilton panel work is really amazing. I repair my Audi from hamilton panel and he work very well I really like it. I know this shop is too busy sometimes and postponed your booking but really they doing awesome job and repair your car as a new.

Great customer service and were super quick. I failed my WOF because a dent in my rear bumper had changed the direction of my reflector; I showed them one day and it was fixed the next in about 15mins when I took it back. Thank you so much

Had a great experience with the team. Booking in and getting a courtesy car far out enough to ensure the parts would’ve arrived was a breeze. The receptionist was lovely, accommodating and extremely helpful. Got my car back and she was beautiful. Looked like brand new. Car was immaculate and cleaner than when I took it in. Had 2 children, several bags and car seat etc all in tow and Jeff was brilliant helping me move everything to the car once it was ready for pick-up. Highly rate the level of workmanship and great customer care. Thank you!
