There is no post shop. I went there yesterday to do a parcel drop-off and I was told that they have discontinued NZ post services a long time ago.

Went to to post shop today at 4.30 pm and had to send a parcel, I am not if the attended was lazy or really did not know how to do a basic task of accepting a parcel and processing it, he asked me to to come tomorrow, as someone would know how to do it. You should spend time on training your staff if they are not trained to do a basic task like this.

Wrong hours so you waste time taking a package there and then they say they are closed. They are also often out of NZ post bags. Substandard NZ Post shop. Please give Te Atatu South a proper Post Shop again.
