Out of towners looking to bike in Rotorua? This is the place to go. The staff was super helpful and friendly, their bikes were well equipped and well taken care of, and their prices are totally reasonable. The biking right outside their door is pretty nice too.Also, they rent e-bikes if that's your thing.

Simplest experience possible - walked up with no clue and was on a bike within 10 minutes with a perfect route for two hours through the trails. Planet Bike helped me select trails that would get more difficult as I went, and for a first time mountain biker it was a perfect blend of challenging and fun.

Top quality bike hire. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The bike was excellent and great condition. There's a lot of routes to do in the forest. Sam gave me an excellent 4 hour route which worked out perfectly. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

Brutal bikes, I had a rental Banshee. My girlfriend a Scott. You can't want mote surely. Honestly, those full suspension bikes were awesome. Perfect service and the coffee was hot and delicious.On top, we got some information on trails. Those were amazing, too. Plus, the trails started just around the corner.10/10 would rent here again any time.You can feel the love for riding MTBs here.

Fantastic owners, and the best coffee in Rotorua! Got a puncture in the forest and they sorted me in no time at all. Great advice, great rentals, if you don't have yours and an awesome jump off point into the forest trails.

Excellent bike shop with incredibly accommodating and knowledgable staff. I rented an enduro bike from them for a one day visit to Rotorua, and the staff were super helpful with a custom bike setup request I had. Really close to the amazing trails to ride straight from the shop. Thanks Planet Bike!
