I went to Supercheap Auto today and got my indicator bulb replaced by Caleb, and he was lovely and very helpful. He also showed me a tool that I could use to get the screws out myself later on. I would highly recommend their services because everything was quick and easy and well explained to me.

Well stocked and laid out store. Helpful staff. There is a club card membership that gives discount. This store is certainly worth a visit when they have a sale. In the past I have made several purchases with very good discounts.

It’s SUPER CHEAP in produce quality and support. Got a wheelbarrow which was sold in flat pack. It took me 2 hours to assemble it. But I realised that I cannot use it in my backyard as the front wheel guard is too low so it touches the ground.Next day, I brought it back to the shop to return it. One of the staff members asked the manager to come to give a second opinion. When he came, he was grumpy and did not help at all. The guy then told me that they are busy and cannot disassemble the unit. So I had to disassemble it myself in front of the staff walking around without offering a hand.It was so disappointing.

The young guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. The guy who changed the windscreen wipers was also friendly and did a good quick job.

Bought the item few months ago. But I cannot pick it up that because of the shop got flooded and closed. Emailed to ask for help before and got responded said will contact me to relocated to other pick up shop or update me for the pickup time. But still no any news after that for months.
