Some of the best pies I've had. Now that new owners have taken over it hasn't lost anything either.The Venison and red wine as well as the Chicken and Cranberry are well worth a stop in to Ma and Pa's.

We just bought the stalest brownie that has ever been served burnt in New Zealand. Seriously, this thing must have five maybe seven days old. The meat and cheese pies weren't hot and some other weird dessert was stale as well. But the brownie... good god, that pan of mistakes should have been fed to the pigs five days ago, at least. Why are they serving it to people?

Meat in pies very good. Pastry was a bit underdone. Structural integrity not quite there. Burst while driving. And that's rare for me. I am a one handled pie eating while driving maestro.
