Friendly staffs always trying their best to help you. My phone didnot work when I arrive, they kindly help me to set up and they have been really patient and helpful. Thanks JR Duty Free team!They have also showed me the way to baggage claim area.

Staff are extremely pushy and don’t give you the opportunity to browse without being followed or harrassed. When it comes to deals they make to get a sale be careful when they try and say you don’t qualify anymore if you’re trying to split a payment.
