Friendly staff and also there is a photo booth to take photo and also get Polaroid from it!!Staff is really respectful and nice. I wad used how nice there were. The manager is really friendly and when you are trying your shoes on, they just waited for you from a distance (giving u some space) which is amazing.Really enjoy shopping at Kathmandu.Will go back again for the summer season!!The store is currently understaffed so have to wait a bit longer.

I have been getting my outdoor gear little by little from Kathmandu and the customer service has been outstanding- Big thanks to Ben who has helped me to find my gear and been so patience with all my questions. I love my gear but I also know that I have got it because Ben helped me to select the right fit for me. This guy deserves a reward!
