Highly recommend for all dress alterations. Friendly helpful staff who did such a great job on both my bridesmaids dresses and my wedding. Fair prices and I would use again. Thanks for all your hard work I really appreciate what you did.

Worst service, ever. Practically ruined a brand new jacket, alterted three times . Very poor service its going to cost more to get someone else to fix it. Would never recommend this place. Doesnt even deserve a star its a zero from me

I had three pairs of pants hemmed, all done within 24 hours and to an extremely high quality. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly and provided incredible service. I will use them again.

We have given the clothes for alteration for my baby’s first birthday party. We were asked to come at 5 pm on Saturday 10th Sep. We went there on time but the employee at the counter said its not ready yet so come before 6. We waited and we went there at 0540 pm, the clothes weren’t ready still. Finally we got our clothes at 0550 and we made our baby try the clothes there so that we don’t need to come again and again. The clothes were altered extremely short, I wonder how?? like really short. But that was okay that could have been fixed. Now its 6 pm we know the mall is closing but we are just changing baby clothes in the stroller and the employee at the reception suddenly turned of the lights without notifying us and baby got scared because of the dark and started screaming. We asked the employee that at least she should have informed us but then she started being really rude and said ‘the mall is closing at 6 so guys need to get out now’ in a really angry tone. We requested the lady to turn the lights on because the baby is getting scared but she didn’t turn the lights on and was standing at the door. I mean you charged $70 to alter baby clothes and gave us the clothes 1 hour late, made us wait and have no patience to let us dress the baby back. And cherry on the top the extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour by the employee may be ‘Pila’ (couldn’t hear the name properly). This is not really done. If the fault is from your side, you make people wait, you make people come again because the alterations weren’t good then at least you can show good behaviour/ customer service but on the contrary this rude attitude.We didn’t go to the local tailors and went to Looksmart because we wanted the perfect fit and quality for our baby’s first birthday clothes even though they are expensive but learned the lesson that “ DONT GO FOR THE BIG NAMES “.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRR!!!!! SAD THERE IS NO OPTION TO CHOOSE 0 STAR AND DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Took jacket in on Tuesday for alteration,and ready for pickup Friday. Its pricey but I wanted a good job done and thought I was paying for quality service. I phoned them on Friday around 4.30pm and was told its finished and ready. So I said il be in Saturday morning to collect as I was heading to an event on the way and planned to wear it. Got to Looksmart Manukau and they said it wasn't finished. So they rushed as I waited... end result, I was not impressed. Also I was made late to event, so not satisfied customer. I got no 'sorry' or compensation, won't use them again.

We ordered a wrong size of hoodie for my son and we were so disappointed. Didn't know what to do as it was to be used for a sport event in a week's time. Looksmart was our savior.. they helped altering the hoodie to the exact size and got it done with in a day. Also got $10 off on the next alteration.. super friendly staff, very modern customer registration process (they have a tab to register our details) super impressed!!

I went here to reduced the size of my dress for my work dinner. I called in just two hours before my event, a little panicky! But they were happy to help me out. Great service, very friendly,fast, and I was very happy with how my dress fit after they altered it. I paid less than $60 for this.

The worst in New Zealand. Customer service is super poor, can't provide the altered clothe even on given time and the worst thing is they don't even provide any carry bag although I left my bag there on the day before. You're freaking charging $25 for altering a pant but don't wanna provide a .10 cent bag?? Worst experience ever.

Superb, friendly, expert service! I have been here three times in the past month getting pants shortened (daughter's tailored dress pants & husband's work trousers). Each alteration has been beautifully done and completed within the promised one hour. I will be coming here for all future alterations and cannot recommend Cecilia and team highly enough.
