Friendly receptionist and great instructor. Tried different group fitness class and definitely lots of fun. Also recommend the Shbam class by Lula in thurs evening! Always love her energy and dancing moves haha

A newer Les Mills, this gym has a more boutique feel with great new facilities like a sauna. It has only one studio for group classes, which means I mostly go to the Auckland City gym for their class offering, but I prefer this gym for active rest and recovery days, especially with its sauna. Can get busy at weekday lunchtimes.

Almost 2 months in, lovely gym , never too busy , all pretty tidy and clean and new equipment. Staff is friendly and the coaches are always very respectful and nice on the floor. Really loving this gym. Thanks!
