I ordered fried cauliflower which was really good it had some dry nuts too.The use disposable containers which is really nice eco -friendly.They are not too expensive and have kids menu as well .

Convenient location inside foodcourt of Commercial Bay. Delicious food. Decent price. Lots of seating area. Pay attention on the order disk though, if it takes too long probably because the disk is faulty, better to check to the waiters.

The food was very very expensive, 1 shawarma for $19.50! It’s small, maybe would fill a child but not an adult. The beer was good.

Rude staff. The paywave surcharge notice is tiny and was behind a cord so that it couldn't be seen and the staff member refused to cancel and let my partner swipe the card instead. The chicken in one pita was burnt (and the pita was basically inevitable) and kofta was swimming in oil. Falafel pita was pretty tasty though...

Love the food, but the wait at lunch time was way too long. Wasted my lunch break and didn't even have time to eat.Definitely need more staff or to speed up the cooking time.Just constructive criticism here ❤

I’d seen Fatima’s on Instagram a couple of times, I’m always looking for great places that serve halal options so this looked like a winner to me. My husband and I chose to try Fatima’s in commercial bay for a date night. We finished work, drove all the way into the city (about 45-50 mins) and arrived just before 7:30, once we had found a park and walked all the way to the food court. We went to order and the guy at the counter bluntly cut us off and said they were closing, then just walked away. No sincerity, no explanation as to why they were closing an hour and a half early (it was a Tuesday night and pretty busy in the food court), no compromising or ‘maybe we could do this if it’s quick’ kind of thing. It was so incredibly rude. We were tired, hungry, and now disappointed too. Will not be trying Fatima’s again, terrible experience. If you want a real good Shawarma there’s a fantastic place on Darby street instead!

If only I could give this place 0 stars. For how much you pay per meal here this is the absolute worst food I’ve ever tasted AND looked at. Rip off. I ordered the “halloumi crisp chick” and my partner had the lamb pita and we were both so disappointed. The chicken and halloumi was so thin and burnt it was like eating a tire. It was flattened so hard from it being burnt and didn’t seem like it had any of the fillings at all. As for the lamb pita it just tasted yuck. I’ve seen mixed reviews about this place but I will still never return here.
