I was recommended to come here by a Filipino as I had asked for the best and most authentic representation of their food here in Christchurch. I had the pork Inasal and was kindly taught how to use all the right spices/dips/sauces provided and in short… WOW. The Pork and rice were SUPER GOOD and so well priced. I will 100% go out of my way to come here again. Thanks for the great experience!

It was an authentic Chicken Inasal experience. The chicken was properly cooked and was juicy.Despite having only one staff on floor, the customers were managed well and the staff was even kind enough to ask about the food and customer experience.PLEASE CONSIDER SELLING YOUR CHICKEN OIL! I will certainly buy it coz it was nice. It would be perfect with rice.I hope that they’ll be more successful and will get a much bigger place in the future. Hoping to try your KBL and Kansi soon. Namit gid!

The food is absolutely delicious. We have had the chicken thigh, pork bbq, and cansi. Everything was flavourful and affordable. The service was good too, and everyone there was so friendly and eager to help. The place, while small, is very clean. Definitely recommended and will be a go-to restaurant

Do yourself a favour and visit this authentic Bacolod inasal place at 323 Riccarton Road, Upper Riccarton. The atmosphere is chill and the staff are friendly and professional. The food is fresh, and their prices is 100% worth it. Our family favourite is the family bundle and batchoy! So good! We highly recommend this place.

It's a great place to enjoy Filipino BBQ. As my mum said, it tastes just like BBQ in the Philippines, and for me, it brings back memories of Mang Inasal, but without the excessive sugar on the meat. The nostalgic vibe is nice, and it's a great addition to the bustling and hectic Stanmore Road.
