I picked up a thrush off the road that was being attacked by a mynah. I was there on holiday, took it to this practice, the receptionist kindly took the bird and said they would take care of it. No charge.

Me and my cat went in afternoon, wasn't that busy we didn't wait long the vet was friendly and awesome at keeping my cat comfortable and we were out of there in good time so he can get home. Except a delivery truck parked us in we had to wait abit longer so mr stressed could get finally home.

Great people work here. We have dealt with some of the nicest people regarding our dog and cats. Just be aware that sometimes you can't get an appointment when you would like.

My 12 year old dog Marley suffered an anurisim, he was unable to get up. Thanks to the wonderful care given by the staff at veterinary health centre whakatane he has made a 90% recovery. I thought I would have to put him down, but the words of Anna the vet stayed with me just give him a chance" .
