Our experience with our property manager Kate Discombe and her team was always professional and efficient, and communication was always fast. She is hands down the best property manager we have ever had. It's a shame we had to go. All the best

Am really very happy with Waikato Real Estate managing our properties and in Aude we have an excellent property manager whom we trust implicitly as she is very good at what she does i.e. taking care of our tenants and properties.Aude goes that extra mile and she is very prompt in answering my emails and getting onto the task at hand. We are really lucky to have Aude as our property manager.Truly blessed to have Aude as our property manager and Waikato Real Estate as our property management.

hayden mai is the most useless property manager/landlord ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. took months to get anything done, for instance our automatic garage door jammed (fortunately our flatmates car was out of the garage) and took 4 months for him to get someone to come and fix it after multiple emails and threatening him with the tenancy tribunal. also took 8 months to get a new dishwasher after it broke. central heating stopped working (thankfully in spring so it wasnt too cold) which took him a month to sort out. multiple lightbulbs were never replaced even after multiple emails and pointing it out at property inspections. minimum effort useless. then proceeds to raise the rent by $30 a week after doing nothing but bare minimum essential maintenance. what a joke.

I would just like to say what a pleasure it has been working with the team this year at WRE.It really has been a transition from night to day - compared with the previous property manager we worked with.Yvette has done a magnificent job working with us to get our second house ready and rented by Christmas. She is incredibly responsive and has a great team of tradespeople at her fingertips to get things done quickly.We look forward to working with the WRE team further in the future.

I’m very impressed with the service provided by Waikato Real Estate especially Yvette McLean my propety manager.From my initial text while I was overseas to signing the tenancy agreement,the entire process was handled very professionally.Even on the day I arrived back in NZ ,Yvette was really helpful and kindly arranged for the flat keys to be handed over as I took some time getting to Hamilton from Auckland airport .I am amazed by the service provided by Yvette which exceeded my expectations. I'm sure she will rise up the ranks in her professional career in no time.

Awesome service from Imogen from the very beginning. She is professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We looked at other rental agents(some were cheaper) but meeting Imogen the first time, I knew it would be worth the little bit extra to have the peace of mind while renting our property. She made everything an easy process, nothing was too much for her, or too silly of a question, she was incredibly helpful to us as first time rental-owners and I absolutely trust her to take care of our property and take care of our tenants.
