Like how they have little entrance by car park so don't have to go through the mall to visit. Nice range of things with high stocks. Always have things I want. Staff was helpful and friendly. Got an elevator for wheelchairs and prams.

Worst customer service EVER, particularly from the older ladies at the counter in the baby/kids section. Can’t remember their names but one had very short white hair, an older lady and the other had shoulder length brown hair and was middle aged. They made me feel so belittled and were so incredibly rude both times I visited the store. Was super lovely the minute the manager came out though, what a joke.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The cashier in my opinion should be familiar with all methods of payment, in how to use afterpay.

Visited the cosmetic section Elizabeth Arden. The lady managing the stand was momentarily away. A lady from Revlon was so nice and helped me to find what I needed, considering I have sensitive skin, gave me samples of different products to try for a couple of days. Now I love the products I will definitely go back there. Thank you.

I have shopped here for a very long time. The range of products are amazing. Staff are simply amazing in service given. The staff have given me amazing service and that's why I keep coming back for more. Simply perfection!
