The food here is really good majority of the time, probably one of the better priced fast food options that actually tastes good - however the service varies quite a bit, sometimes it's good or sometimes it's really slow and the staff ignores you :( me and my friends went today and were given a small sized order instead of a large, even when we asked the staff about it we were ignored, and then i had to wait 20 minutes for my order after my friends had gotten their's although me and my 3 friends were the only people there - and I could see my food lying in the packaging area waiting to be put into a bag. Only when I finally gave up waiting after trying to understand they might be doing something else, and asked for my food was I given it, and by that time my lunch break had finished. Still tasted amazing afterwards but would've been great to have received better, faster service and communication!!

Well all I can say is that the food was cold, the chicken patty was like eating plastic. The chips were good as they usually are but I think that is the last time I will be having Carl's jr.If you are planning on going to Carl's jr I would recommend sticking with the Angus range only. But I think it's overpriced for what you get.

What a disappointing experience. Very slow service, at least when I visited today and poor quality food. No stars if I could. Have ordered an original burger and a bacon ranch crisscross fries. The mayo on the fries was off and tasted horrible and the burger had no taste like they missed some of the ingredients. Avoid!

Clean and tidy, they got my order wrong and I didn't realize till I got home. Order took a while, but was tasty. Inside the restaurant was really clean and tidy.

I usually write reviews based off my first visit. But this review is based off my past 3 or so visits. For the past few months now, waiting in the drive through has been unbelievably terrible. Waiting for, what feels like 20 minutes with only 2 or 3 cars in front of you. Eat in would be my recommendation. Food is always great though ☺️

5 stars for the awesome Phillipino manager. But overall experience was a 3 star. The food was really awesome but no one was helping out on FOH. Waited a while to be served

I ordered the famous Jim Beam Burger with med. fries and drink, costed $16. I asked for more sauce in my burger, and they do it without extra charge. Very friendly staff. Always smile. As always, the Jim Beam Burger tasted very nice. Very good environment too.

*Nov 2021 food was made quickly but was pretty good considering the amount of times I went the food was always below average. Food was hot this time and the wait time wasn't bad, only suggestion is to take the choc shavings off the sundae as it ruins it

Came by after work to grab a quick dinner. It wasn't packed but I had to wait a while before I could get someones attention to order. It seemed that they were making stuff in the back and the only person available was dealing with a drive through order. After ordering it took about 15-20 minutes to get my order of burger and shake.Went for takeaway but they did take the food out to you if you were eating in.Burger itself was quite nice but not large.
