I have been waiting for my international parcel to be delivered to Tauranga. I checked the tracking and it is currently in transit from Auckland to Tauranga depot. After 3 days I got in touch with them to check where my parcel is. They and told me that it can take 10-14 days to process international freight before being handed over to them. I told them it’s already in transit from Auckland to Tauranga so basically it’s already in their hands. After another 4 days I asked why it’s taking that long to transit from Auckland to Tauranga and they replied the same comments about my parcel. I asked again after another 3 days and they keep telling me they will follow up with their area manager, the next one said they will escalate to their ops team, another one told me they will follow up the local depot team and they will contact me. Well I haven’t heard from any of them yet and still no updates for 3 weeks now and haven’t received my package. Such a hassle.

Sadly this company has been a big disappointment lately which is why I need to edit my past review. Delayed or misdirected parcels, the new driver not showing up for pick ups etc has become standard.They lost a parcel back in March so I lodged a claim. 3 weeks later they rejected my claim because they have found the parcel and delivered it, it only" took them 6 weeks!Very happy with their service thanks to our local courier Kris - he's amazing

Highly recommended. Kris is our courier and he always goes the extra mile, is reliable and really friendly. Always prompt with pick ups and delivery of our parcels - far far superior to our previous couriers. Thank you, your reliability, in turn, reflects in my own customers satisfaction.

This would be the worst couriers I have ever had dealings with. I am waiting for a delivery from Auckland , after many phone enquires they tell me they have no record of the parcel even though I have all the tracking records.Twice visiting their office 7 days later I am told the parcel is in the van and it would be delivered that day, next day I call at their office again and am advised they cant find the parcel. Did the staff care! no way they will just send in a claim for the parcel. Then the final insult is I have to give them one star otherwise my comments will not be posted. What an outfit

Absolutely has to be the worst delivery company in the world.Our products are perishable and they continue to take forever to deliver when they should, tracking is useless, customer service lady is compleatly non helpful and rude, try getting in touch with a local branch that is impossible. We have to constantly throw away stock due to this poor service, they don't care. They are affecting our business. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE.

I just want to say how lovely and also professional the Aramex courier drivers are in the Greerton area.

I have always had fantastic service from Aramex and I have sent and received 100s of parcels. Anaru our local driver goes out of his way to ensure all packages left are in a safe, out of site spot. If I haven't had a chance to leave a pick up parcel in the usual spot he will knock on the door so it doesn't get missed - have never had this service from the other companies. Great service and always with a smile too!

We receive fantastic service from Anaru, couldn't fault him in any way. Very friendly and easy to work with. Works in with others to share the load to ensure all freight gets to the depot on the day of dispatch, which is greatly appreciated.
