A bit of an average experience. Ordered 800 business cards. Firstly I got told the job couldn’t proceed due to privacy reasons. I called up to query this, and it turns out this email was sent to the wrong person. When I went to look at the proofs, they were cut incorrectly and my designs were off centre. Lastly, it cost $350 for the job, which seemed quite expensive. I received a quote for $175 from a different supplier, but needed the job quickly so had to go for the $350. Although I definitely appreciated the turn around time - that was great. All up a bit disappointing, and won’t be rushing back.

Lovely service from a man who helped me develop a custom large sized canvas. Friendly, professional, and patient. Only place that I could find that did large custom sized canvases. Price was good. Quick manufacture and pickup. Product was excellent. Happily would use again.

Had my late father's black and white ink artwork reprinted and the first time the print was trimmed incorrectly, so when it was placed into the picture frame it was on a slant. Second time it was printed in grayscale... third and last time it was trimmed incorrectly again and the white space on either side is not equal. The black ink has also faded. Appreciate that the service team acknowledged and tried to help, but in the end, what I thought would be a simple reprint did not have the level of quality I expected to receive. Incredibly disappointed and will have to reprint elsewhere.

I was super impressed with CQ Printing from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable and engaged. They did a super job, including proofs for my approval (so there were no surprises). My scan was a gift to English friends who were staying, and I asked them to put in a rolled tube for them to carry home. It was beautifully done. I’d thoroughly recommend these guys.

I have printed some stickers at their place (nevertear matt, some with contour cut, some without), and I can say the quality is superb, that was worth the price!A big thank you to the team, they clearly strive for excellence ! I can say those guys are efficient and friendly too! They really know how to communicate with customers!

Got a set of funeral service sheets printed here. The staff were very quick and efficient, and 2 working days after my initial quote request, I had picked up my finished prints. The quality was great, and the price was less than I was expecting. I dealt with Julie and Marilyn, who were both wonderfully helpful.

Didn't even get two minutes into a phone call with the business before hanging up.Asked one question about the sizing requirements before placing an order, was met with a completely dismissive attitude off the bat. Stated the sizing and before a second thought the voice barked back, I don't work with that."If you intend to be as short as possible with your customers over the phone for asking a simple question

There was a slight issue with my teacher planner for 2021, which didn't at all effect the usability of the product. I said that I didn't require a replacement even though it was offered, as it didn't change the way I would use the planner.They went above and beyond and sent me a second copy free of charge of their own good will.Outstanding customer service.

Printed some flexes two days ago. Not expensive but quality is very higher that we expected. Thanks to Julie who is very professional, friendly and helpful to meet customer needs. Planning to do more printing works from CQ Print.
